HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the product dispatched can’t cancel the order.

Change of Items in Order: The products will be canceled by us upon request within 1 hour of placing the order, and you can place a fresh order again. Remember: Changes to an order can be made only if it has not been shipped.
Change of Shipping/Contact Details: You can change your shipping address or contact details by emailing us on gearwale@gmail.com. within 1 hour of placing the order. Please be informed that changes can be made to the shipping or contact details without any doubt. if it has not been shipped already. In case it has already left our facility and is in transit, please contact us on our helpline number. Our customer care team will certainly try their best to solve this for you along with our shipping partner.

The return/exchange policy of every product has been mentioned below. Please do not self-ship any product back to our facility unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.
If the product will not be delivered to you within 20 days we will give your money back.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we need unboxing video of the product if the product is damaged or wrong we will replace it and if you need refund we will provide it refund will be credit within 2 business days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
